SARAH & AMELIA
Sarah has over 30 years experience working as a HCPC registered podiatrist and has been successfully running Body & Sole for 22+ years in Skegness.
In 2019, Sarah's daughter Amelia joined the business as a Foot Health Practitioner and has been studying since then to complete her Podiatry degree through the University of Plymouth. Amelia has now completed her degree and will graduate in September 2023 with a 2:1, when she will also gain her HCPC registration.

It is our job and our pleasure to get you moving again, pain-free.
YOUR JOURNEY TOWARDS HEALTHIER FEET
Book an appointment
You will be advised to bring a list of any medication with you to your first appointment.
A detailed medical history, discussing your complaint and a clinical assessment.
This covers any treatment required. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions and discuss treatment options with your practitioner.
Depending on our findings we will produce a treatment plan, offer advice for self-treatment at home and explain what we can help with moving forward to keep your feet in their best health.
Follow up Appointment
We usually recommend a follow up appointment in 6 – 8 weeks, this is tailored to your needs. This will be decided during the initial consultation.
"After suffering for several years I finally got my painful ingrowing toe nail fixed for good. Sarah and Amelia were really friendly and suggested that I had a part nail avulsion. The operation was quick and efficient. My recovery has been very good. I can't thank them enough. They have done such a professional job."
